Utility Operator is a jumping off point for developing a career within Ardent Mills. This position will ensure all requirements for facility sanitation are consistently met. You will train and become qualified to fill vacant Operator positions. All Employees are expected to develop the skills necessary to advance to the next level. Stepping back to a lower level position is not allowed, we want you to grow and learn in order to take the opportunities moving forward. You will assist all employees with mill problems as necessary.
Above all, you will be expected to carry out all your activities with reliability, integrity, compliance and in a safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient manner.
