Lake City makes many different blends of flour that get used for various finished goods, including bread, buns, rolls, donuts, cookies, crackers and many other tasty snacks. Our mill has a daily capacity of 1.6 million lbs of flour.
WHERE DOES LAKE CITY GET ITS WHEAT?
The Lake City community mill helps bring top-quality flour to the Midwestern region and Canada. We receive locally and regionally grown hard and spring wheat from many geographies, including fields in North Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
The Ardent Mills Lake City team is active in the community and often partners with the local food shelf and takes part in community development programs.
