We are passionate about delivering safe and nutritious grain-based solutions to our customers. Our RQT teams help us do that – and much, much more – by providing industry-leading expertise in areas such as innovation, food safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Team members can be found at various Ardent Mills sites. The heart of operations is our state-of-the-art Ardent Mills Innovation Center in Denver, Colorado, where you’ll find lab-sized flour mills, a wheat quality and bake lab, a culinary test kitchen and chef’s demonstration area – the first and only one of its kind in North America.

Where You Could Join Us

We have opportunities in four key teams:

  • Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory (FSQR) – provides support, sets direction and drives continuous improvement in the key areas of food safety, quality and regulatory affairs. The team is made up of regulatory scientists, microbiologists, quality/food safety experts and others.
  • Technical Services – uses their expertise in milled products and applications to offer advice, solve problems and troubleshoot product-related issues, ensuring all our grain-based solutions meet our customers’ needs.
  • Wheat Research and Quality – based within the Ardent Mills Innovation Center, supports business decision-making by providing fact-based evidences relating to grain and flour products. This team forms a vital link between Ardent Mills and the wider grain industry. The team includes lab managers and technicians, instrumentation specialists, data scientists, research associates and others.
  • R&D/Culinary – working in the culinary center and R&D labs of the Ardent Mills Innovation Center, this team supports customer innovation by creating new ingredient applications and helping to develop products that tap into culinary and consumer trends. The team includes both scientists and chefs

A Quality Focus

Every year, Ardent Mills evaluates the quality of wheat harvested across North American farms to help customers transition from old to new crop.
