Galena Park makes many different blends of flour that get used for various finished goods, including bread, buns, pasta, cookies, snack foods and many other tasty items. Our mill has a daily capacity of 1.1 million lbs of flour.
WHERE DOES GALENA PARK GET ITS WHEAT?
The Galena Park community mill helps bring top-quality flour to the southern region of the United States. Galena Park receives hard red winter and hard red spring wheat from many geographies, including from fields in Kansas, Minnesota and the Dakotas.
The Ardent Mills Galena Park team is active in the community and often partners with the local food bank for numerous events.
