Sherman makes many different blends of flour that get used for various finished goods, including bread, buns, waffles, tortillas, pastries and many other tasty snacks. Our mill has a daily capacity of 850,000 lbs of flour.
WHERE DOES SHERMAN GET ITS WHEAT?
The Sherman community mill helps bring top-quality flour to the southern region of the United States. Sherman receives hard, red and winter wheat from many geographies, including from fields in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas.
The Ardent Mills Sherman team is active in the community and often partners with local food banks and community development events. The Sherman Team partners with Meals and Wheels, Shared Ministries and more partners.
