Molinos de Puerto Rico makes many different blends of flour that get used for various finished goods such as bread, buns, rolls, pizza, cookies, breading blends and much more. Our mill can produce:
• 1 million lbs of flour a day
• 760,000 lbs of rice a day
• 125,000 lbs of cornmeal a day

WHERE MOLINOS DE PUERTO RICO MILL GETS ITS GRAINS:

Molinos de Puerto Rico receives regionally grown soft, hard, winter and snow mass wheat from many geographies, including fields in the United States and Canada.
